Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but no career growth. On the job training is not given to new joinees and expectations level is very high without any training.

-You have to maintain a certain threshold of call mins everyday (should be around 60 mins) more like a call centre for lawyers. - Several RM's who are incompetent in their own work will Gaslight your work and push blames on your shoulders. - you will learn nothing new (unless you're a complete fresher) - False promises of incentives during interviews, there is 0 incentive framework for lawyers as of date do not rely upon any promises made.

Pathetic company fully non professional management peoples only seeking their own profit they are no where related to their people growth only they focus on how to mint money by fooling the bankers and clients

The good attitude of the Seniors to guide the young stars to explore by guiding them and giving them real challenges to solve and get first hand experience.

Dislikes

Company does have a digital archive of running and solved cases as well but some times having the physical copies of the running cases in the regional offices can help a lot to teach the new people.
