The best part of this company which I truly like, is they know how to fool the employees and trap them in their loop, how they make you feel thay you are helpless. The most important person in who plays this role is Parag Yadav. Unskilled and misbehaving person. He has no single idea about Business Development or team handling. He knows how to dominate and demotivate the employees. And HR Rajshree is also fooling the people giving lots of fake promises. I repeat, dont join this organization, You will loose Your faith in yourself, and you will spoil Your mental and physical health.

1. Poor Salary 2. If you are in Sales/Marketing/BD team you have to travel on bike. They dont have any another options and they are not listening your voice at all. 3. Very poor travel allowances. 4. You have to spend 20/- Daily for parking 5. You will loose mental health 6. You will hires on less than your current Salary, no hike, no medi claim, no job security 7. Hire and fire culture. 8. You will be paid less than you are offered.

This Company Has total fraud and unprofessional People. If I take there Names one of the Stupid Guy is there BD & Operation Manager Parag Yadav & The Recruiter named as Kanchan Sharma both of them are the worst in terms of intercommunication. They fool you . Even if you reject their sayings . They will butter you and get into their dilusional world . They have no budget to get an experience skillful candidate but they will make sure you reject all your good offers and get stuck with them. They play mind games want you to gamble with your career. In my case when I first approached and I asked them many times is my salary bracket OK for you and they were very much okay with it but when I met the stupid guy which is Parag Yadav he was literally lowballing and I totally rejected there offer. But then there HR again called me and said we are accepting your offer and they again called me in there office which is 15km away for me and they made me wait for 1hr in there lobby area and in interview the Guy again said we are still standing at the offer which was given before. Trust me that offer was not at all matching my 6 years of experience. They called me at there office 2-3 Times which is 15km away for me. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUD and they will give you hope and make you reject other offers and still lowball.
