The Company's OHLA concept is very good. Recent changes leads to get confidence in employee for better future aspect and which further goes for company's financial stability in short time. Work life balance is the only positive thing I experienced

A Schulman India Pvt limited is driven by the APAC Management having very limited knowledge about Indian market. The company culture is spoiled by the politics, nepotism and favouritism. A good professional can not work in this company for a long term. The company is not making profit even after five years of starting operation due to wrong business strategy and high turnover of people due to politics and poor treatment. .
