Learning Skills, Seniors are very helpful if you want to learn, salary increment is also good and gifts and incentives on festivals is also very well.

No job security if you misbehave with employer. Site visiting is there, lots of time you will pay from your pocket, they will return your money after a long time, sometimes they will return your very quickly, its your luck.

Work culture is good and owner nature is also good. No boundation of work timing.

Learning new technology is nothing here. No benefits that an engineer should get. Only paying salary nothing else. Majority in work is drafting. Sometimes commitment not fullfill.
