1. The Team manager Aakansha Gupta. She is not supportive at all.. I don't understand why the hire TL if manager want to do the responsibilities of TL.. 2. Their 1 month free exit policy is worst . Ek mahina kaam karvake lete hai, leads generate karne k baad bolte hai tumhara performance nhi dikh raha. Resign kardo otherwise Termination letter denge. After joining tumhare 10 din tumhe aaisehi bithake rakh denge, 15 din se tumhari training hogi , usme bhi unko 1 month mein performance chahiye. Hr ko bolte hai iska performance nhi hai aur HR ko to pura scenario bhi pata nhi hota ki bhai office mein chal kya Raha hai. Aur HR khud resignation mail type karti hai tumhare PC se. They are just online bhangar jyada kimat pe sell karne ka platform.

Overall the work culture is is nice, the learning process and the environment is satisfying, I like the Companies work profile and also I get to balance professional and personal life where as there is no much pressure from management, they are nice in terms of communicating.

Dislikes

I mainly dislike the salary structure where as I'm not getting the PF, it's a security amount which is needed for anyone, also that the fun activities are missing for the refreshment. I'm willing and hoping to get Saturdays off.

...y policy is only beneficial for company. If you are planning to join then don't. If you tell them you want salary in Account then they tell you No. If you want PF then both amounts will be deducted from your salary only. Not only that they take cash out from your salary as a security bonus.

Dislikes

They give salary in cash so they can do tax fraud. No salary Slip. No week offs. No holidays on festivals like dashera and diwali. If you are engineer then they take your original documents and return after you complete bond of 2 years and on top of that they have 60 days notice period. No PF.

Everything'.. no job security... The moment i felt i gave resignation.. even they don't have courtesy to try to retain.. basically no respect to designation... Its baniya shop with qualified ppl.. no work culture...no management..
