Company pay for skills if you are "best" in it then they will entertain you. Otherwise they kick outany time. Company provide you authority to driven the project but only on paper at site. Company close person chage the whole aspects.

Dislikes

In house company no fix rules & regulations or work culture. It's change as per their senriorieo place to place in project & also project to project. And you can't tell senior management about their own "trusted man"o because company leader trust only thier those persons, what ever they said.
