Following are the positives of working at A. K. Engineering- 1) Learning how to handle all the production related issues and solving them day by day makes me more experienced. 2)Learning the drawings of the product and making sample of the new product and send to the customer. 3)Learning how to handle and rotate manpower according to our production plan. 4)Handling opening stock, closing stock and dispatch according to the dispatch plan. 5)Motivating manpower for maintaining 5S in the work place.

Dislikes

...working at A. K. Engineering are:- 1) 12 hrs working hours. 2) no allowances. 3) Salary is not satisfactory according to the work. 4) Company do not give transportation charges. 5) Company canteen food is not hygienic.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
