Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I am so glad and grateful for helping and co.operating during this pandemic CORONAS-19. Help to employees staff regarding her/his priority need fulfield in lockdown and taken care with all needed precautions . Provided specially covid19 health Insurance policy to all staff & also provided with travel service by car /auto to staff. I totally appreciate your support.
