...t a job from A for Analytics. You won't get the last worked month pay from here. If you mail to the HR regarding you pay they will say like CEO is not well or CEO is out of town( I think we are in 2023 we can do all kind of bank transactions at wherever we located, since they will say like this)so we cant release your salary as on date. Especially if your are going to join as Business Development Executive dont trust their words blindly about incentives. They will never gave a incentives for the deals which you are closed. If you left your job they will not do full & final settlement as well. Dont trust their words in PF also they deduct amount for PF but they will not deposit to your PF account. As per the EPFO guidelines the company must deposit the employees PF amount within 15 days from the salary date.If you ask about the PF amount to the HR they will say it takes upto 3 months to credit.Here the EPFO guidelines and their words completely irrelevant. My last working day in A for Analytics is Feb 14th 2023 today April 6th 2023 still now I didn't get my F&F settlement and PF amount . This salary issue not only for BD person also it applicable for developer team too I do have friends in developer team so I came to know about this.

A for Analytics is one of the best platform to start a career. The company officials will always open their doors for employee's & welcome's creative thinking from employee without showing hesitation . Flexible work space and work timings with acceptable policies.

The only thing is PF is currently not available here its a little bit disappointment. Because of this nothing is there to dislike.

Im really happy to be a part of this company.Really i felt that, it is one of the companies , that don't have a hierarchies of work culture.Easy to comminicate with all levels of employee.They give respect in all the ways , like your experience , new innovative thoughts etc...Work culture is really good.

There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favourite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. "I feel my skills are particularly well suited to this position.
