There is no opportunity for learning and career growth. There is lot of internal politics by senior people not letting new employees to scale up to next position in the organization. Senior management tries to keep hold on every aspect and organization lacks delegation of authority. There is no proper job description, roles and responsibilities change now and then resulting lesser job satisfaction. 80% to 90% of the employees are there with the company for long period (at least min 10years). So new employees are not given opportunities to explore and contribute towards the growth of the company. Skilled employees are underutilized because of senior employees not paving way for them.
