Likes

Worst work environment and culture. Teammates were not supportive and the management is very bad. Company policies are not good appraisals and not fair. They don't give me 2 months salary and send me out of the job without any notice

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is bad. There is bond of 3 years befor which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
