Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company’s major focus is on improving the render quality. No architectural importance for any projects. More focused on architecture as a business. If you see architecture as a career, I don’t recommend joining.

Works are mostly easy, Good work life balance,

Dislikes

There’s nothing really you can learn from there if you have at least one year experience in the firm, The attitude towards architecture is often misunderstood, And they’re constantly looking for low paid candidates with experience. If they find a low paying candidate for the job, they will fire the former without any notice.
