The way the company is working is absolutely wrong due to which the company loses a lot of business in Madhya Pradesh specially in Indore which is major part of territory, but without changing their working style they prefer to do working in same way..

No job security ,Because here the admin is not asked what is needed, but the value of a sweeper is more than that of the admin and the rest of the upper post staff, a very dangerous conspiracy is hatched.

Leave policy: No leave is allowed to employees. If someone is sick for two days in a month, so he has to work for two Sundays to compensate sick leave, otherwise his salary for two days will be deducted. 7 day fastival leave and 52 day Sunday are only rest day. No casual leave, No sick leave and No paid leave. They have factory in Rajasthan and they are not following factory Las as well. Pure exploitation of employees.
