...ny in Kerala. They cheat young people and government by very pathetic package .Never give basic salary as the rule of government. Then no salary hikes or retirement benefits at all. They will spoil energetic young men lives....So never choose this f***kn company....Owner Mr.Shaji Ranni is a great fraud...I also worked there for 8 years bullshits....He cheated me..And i have every evidences of company scam in my hand and can move easily to the court...But No time for this loosers company........

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
