I was very happy when I joined this organisation as the Regional Programming Head. I relocated myself and accepted so many challenges. In a very short time I worked very creatively and made some remarkable changes in the organisation I handled 2 States and four stations and company also gave me freedom to take the decisions. it was the point that I liked very much.

It was very disappointing moment for me when suddenly I got of my last working day mail on 25th of May 2020. I was giving my hundred percent and doing excellent job. I was supporting in every manner to the company even I was not getting my salary regularly. I was getting 25% of my salary during the period of covid but I never shown my dissatisfaction even after getting the mail of my last working day with the company. I gave them an option that company can decide my salary according to their convenience in this period and I am ready to work and stand with the company every critical situation and my single point was very clear that my employment should be continue with the organisation but I did not get any positive reply from the company even still I am fighting for my proper settlement amount.

This company has no job security at all. No one speaks to you... People from other departments wont take calls. Even a small budget of ₹ 10000 needs MDs approval. They are far off from market demands.

Your voice gets unheard. There is a blame game. No one rakes responsibility. After my stint with them, it has been more than a year and they still haven't cleared my FNF. No one responded to my repeated calls, emails and sms. Heights of Lala culture.
