Learning is only a plus point: A huge array of pointers on how not to run/manage a company. In terms of ethics, work culture, learning, etc. It is a very fertile ground for researchers (especially, social scientists) to work on why the "corporate culture" is bad named to such an extent. To learn what the cause and come to a probable solution. For every other aspects mentioned in the bracket above, it very poor.
