Too much of politics in the company, No salary benefits , There is no job security it's just talks you will be protected and Promotions to the people who are close to the management team.

There is no much pressure like other companies for that low quality project I have worked for.

Dislikes

Huge politics. They won't value artist skills. If somehow your superiors likes you, then you are legend even though you don't have any talents. Quality artists wont get proper recognition. In most of the department, who were in the higher position don't even know the basics like junior artist. Company is running in full of flaws. Founder might not aware of these things

I like mostly colleagues ( not leads and supervisor) who is good behavior and helping in every situations.

Dislikes

Environment and bad management, productions. I don't recommending fresher because I don't want recommend someone who is passionate about this industry and really want to grow in this industry. Because I did this mistake already😔.

This place will give you a stage where you built you career with a beautiful family which includes a lot of fun,learning etc. because everyone will help you at every moment no matter it's your first day or last day and how mush you'll get enjoy on your first day you'll get cried on your last day because 88 is interesting itself. even I am also taking wfh for leaving 88 because I am not able to say good bye to them at my last day to The HR TEAM, IT TEAM, ANIMATION, SURFACING because it's hard to say bye.

I like to working with my team. Because there were so much welcoming. And the lead use to so much be patience while I was messing up everything. He use to understand my small or big mistakes. And the production coordinator mam looks after everyone work and work balance. All also I like my team mate and also I like the other team members too. I didn't interact directly but I think that are nice to eachother and enjoying there work. I wish I could work with them again

Dislikes

It's is not a dislike but the thing is I wish I could work with the team on field like offline. But because of travelling and money issues I never went. I still wish I could go.
