Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You can learn many things in 8 by 8 solutions , the managers won't restrict you to a particular domain. There is a flexibility in work. Managers believe in self motivation instead of giving pressure . It was a fantastic work experience. The colleague are so friendly they will help you in each and every aspects. It still be my preferred one for work life.
