... Dad was in ICU. Each and evry senior Management Employee helped me emotionally. I was on Leave for 15 Days, Company has not deducted single penny from my salary and No Leaves were decucted. that was one of the personal Support for me. Thankful to this organisation Work Culture is one of the most maintain aspect of 6sense. You must have noticed, In this Pandemic people are working more than 12 Hours a day with too many scheduled call per day. But here, we are all tied to focused Goal and moving in that direction, Due to this we can get rid of hectic schedule and over workload. All company policies are employee oriented. you can never complain about any HR/Company Policy. you will be fully satisfied with every thing. I have so many things to tell But dont have enough words. But in one word AWESOMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

There is no job security. Employees in the US and India are treated differently. 6sense does not like INDIANS selling their products. Performance does not matter to them when they lay off employees. Even if you attain 150% throughout the year, it does not matter to them. If job security is something that is important to you, 6sense is not be the right place for you.

Remote Work Culture, Some smart colleagues

Dislikes

Lack of Clarity & Vision from Management. Executive team lacks integrity & doesn't have the courage to be true & candid to the teams. They let go of 200 employees in Oct 22 with no explanation & clarity just stating financial issues and on the other hand they spend millions of dollars on Dubai offsite. For the let go employees they didn't even paid off severance properly, no variables & stocks cashed out for those employees. Work life balance is not good, you will be expected to work from early morning till late nights most of the days. Products are filled with bugs & there is absolutely no clarity on product vision & roadmap.

Good and caring work culture, management and leadership are supportive in terms of learning and new opportunities. There is no micro-management and the terms are agile thereby ensuring the exposure of the individual employee. Benefits are great, friendly coworkers, and lots of opportunities. 6sense truly feels like FAMILY (its core value). During this COVID time also professional and personal life is completely sorted and awesome. In this COVID crisis, the company is coming with new and innovative ideas who they can help their employees and their family members, management is awesome and they are doing their job very well. Company policies are too good and very systematic....!!! Would always recommend others to work with this company.

The culture is really good here, employees are treated fairly and the benefits are diverse - wellness holidays over and above the employee quota, remote first culture, gifts and incentives during birthdays and work anniversaries, as well as a structured learning system for taking up professional courses apart from work. The teams are great too, no micromanagement or politics at all, and we are all treated as independent contributors to an overall team effort. Open environment with scope of growth.
