No proper management. Seniors blames on juniors infront of CEO they stay safe and put the job of juniors on risk. Also, Everyone gets paid same. 70 percent of staff doing nothing just chilling and 30 % of staff is running the company by doing work day and night. And worst thing is that they both have same salaries.

I worked at 64squares and found the company culture to be quite toxic. The work environment was stressful due to poor management practices.The manager Pramod lacked essential managerial, communication and leadership skills often micromanaging decisions and creating unnecessary workplace tensions and additionally there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect in the way employees especially woman’s where treated.
