Company office at Mumbai is good with many facilities. Christmas party is celebrated nicely every year.

Dislikes

1. There is too much office politics here. 2. Getting salary hikes is like begging. 3. Hiked salary we get in September instead of April. Last year's salary arrears aslo not paid on time, in some years it was looted by company illegally. 3. Promotions remain just dreams. 4. Favouritism is on top.

Likes

It has been a wonderful experience working here. The pay is good, there are ample learning opportunities, and job security is solid. Additionally, management is approachable and receptive to discussing challenges.

Dislikes

While working in support, it has been difficult to get leaves. I often had to work on Saturdays, start early in the morning, and stretch late into the evening.

Company is very good no doubt -Good compensation and hike -Maintain work life balance -All managers and hod's are very helpful -Process oriented -All festivals are celebrated in grand manner -1 week leave from company from 25th Dec to 1st Jan and before that grand annual party is been through and family day is also been celebrate.

Dislikes

Only few management people is not so good because they had started their journey from this company and they think themselve as a owner of the company and want people under them who can do flattery.

All festivals celebrated by almost all departments in organisation except Customer Success.

Dislikes

Poor Salary, Employees are exploited particularly in Support Department/ Customer Success department. Expect Overtime by 2-3 hours on dialy basis.

poor work life balance. no support from seniors.no proper product training.after leaving the company it took 4 months to disburse my remaining salary and leave pay. They promised me 45 days
