Nothing really. If your boss is good then you can have good time.

Dislikes

They will pay you less salary.they will make you work day and night to achieve their targets. Once you achieve your targets , instead of giving you bonus they will ask you to resign for various reasons. Your boss won't be able to help you here.

- 1-2 month delay in receiving the increment and bonus. - Don't expect the HR team to help you in any matter you are on your own. - The design head is not a professional, lacks leadership and management skills, and is ignorant. - Promotion is based on how much you participate in gossips it is not based on the work - The opinions formed about you will be more influenced by the gossip spread within the design team than by your actual work. The head of the design also participates in this. - The head of design lacks task management skills. She is unaware of how much time people spend on tasks and their impact. She does not track anything. - She is good at making false promises. It will affect you but not her. - If you want your work to be valued, do not join under her leadership.

Worst Culture and politics ever No job security if you are not Manager favorites and even if you get runner rating they can remove in 6 months and No Hr support silent firing is normal torture on timing for office no work life balance and complete micro management

Salary on time. Festival celebrations.

Dislikes

Everyday 1.5 hours overtime without paying. The culture was really bad, they hired and fired people according to their need. No job security. Monday to Saturday timing was 9 to 7.30 for kyc operations department. Poor management. HRs was under control of team managers. No decision making rights was under HRs.
