Working at 5paisa capital helps you to learn finance, trading domain as per projects you work into and provides you growth opportunities role wise also and understand how applications work by doing interactions with multiple applications internally and vendors. Job security is good as they provide opportunities to work in different team if not satisfied with particular TL or project. Other teammates are also supportive and does Tenhincal/Non-Techinal KT sessions weekly for everyone, few festival events and celebrations. Travelling is fine for me as I stay in nearby suburb, other wise thane location is bit far from station.

Dislikes

...activities happens at weekend and needs 24x7 support if anything breaks on prod. As per salary and appraisal is average and depends on management majorly.

... period, I was asked to leave early, resulting in incomplete notice fulfillment. Additionally, I was moved out on half salary without a clear explanation, which felt unjust. The HR department appeared unresponsive to employee concern, Such practices contributed to a toxic culture, where politics overshadowed productivity and teamwork. I sincerely request Nirmal Sir and other senior leaders at IIFL to take necessary actions against marketing HOD & HR Manager or other individuals engaging in such politics. Addressing these issues can help reduce toxicity and foster a more positive and productive workplace environment.

- 1-2 month delay in receiving the increment and bonus. - Don't expect the HR team to help you in any matter you are on your own. - The design head is not a professional, lacks leadership and management skills, and is ignorant. - Promotion is based on how much you participate in gossips it is not based on the work - The opinions formed about you will be more influenced by the gossip spread within the design team than by your actual work. The head of the design also participates in this. - The head of design lacks task management skills. She is unaware of how much time people spend on tasks and their impact. She does not track anything. - She is good at making false promises. It will affect you but not her. - If you want your work to be valued, do not join under her leadership.
