Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

No other banifits like leave , festival's holiday P.F, ESI . They are hiring for daily basic if you not come 1 day in months they will deduct the salary. Duty hours 9 hrs. Not any staff in office . Rudly behave by owners. Not giving holiday on 15 August and 26 Jan etc..
