My experience at 4Care is extremely Negative

I would like to review 4care Lifescience in Bagdol, Ahmedabad, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. Here are the key points of concern. 1) Company Culture : Overall culture is toxic. There is significant lack of professionalism and respect among employees. 2) Management Team: The management team exhibits sexist behavior, which creates a hostile enviornment, especially for female employees. 3) HR policies : The company lacks proper HR policies. There is no clear structure or support for employees regarding thier rights and responsibilites. 4) Management & HR: The management team doesnot not consider HR important. There is blatant disregard for HR recommendations and interventions. Additionally. there was a disturbing incident where a local goon physically assaulted female HR manager, and the management took no action or offered support. One of the directors is particularly ride and exhibits sexits behavior, further contributing to the toxic atmosphere. Overall, my experience at 4Care Lifescience was extremely negative. I would advise potential employees to consider these pointer carefully before accepting a postition here.
