The gym members are very classy and well behaved. Never made me feel uncomfortable. The members treated the staff very well.

Dislikes

It is a terrible place to work at. The management is not at all employee friendly. No public holidays are allowed. There is no basic hygiene for the employees. No proper place to eat food. We used to eat on the staircase behind gym besides the dustbin. There was no female resting place in case of long work hours. The senior of nutrition at the moment was taking zero initiative to teach. The learning opportunities were as good as zero. I can go on listing. Overall a very terrible and pathetic experience

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
