Salary was not credited on time. There are changes policy as per they wants . They are not provided notice period also. I request all the person don't join in this company. Free k employee chaiye unko .

I enjoy working at 3s Logics Pvt.Ltd. in Gurugram for several reasons.Fristly, the company culture is fantastic,and there is a strong sense of teamwork and collabration among colleagues.The company also provides great opportunities for professional growth and development.

One issue that some employees may face is heavy workloads and tight deadlines, which can occasionally lead to a high-pressure environment.

Likes

The colleagues are really supportive of each other. Especially the managers. You can learn if you are willing to take initiatives.

Dislikes

There are no benefits or allowances what so ever. The boss is extremely poky & non cooperative. Even assigned holidays aren't allowed. You are told to do things that don't even remotely fall in your KPI.

This company has two branches,having 2 md owner I.e in ->sector 15 (product part){nice owner,everything fine,no politics,respect,quality learning} and -> in sector 53 near golf course(project part){bad owner,greedy,politics,}. If you are going for its product part in sector 15 (I was also in product team), then I will recommend you to join but not in project part branch sector53

As they are in growing phase so sometimes employees work life balance effects when they have to deliver their product to client
