Terrible Leadership and Management. No Weekends. No holidays. Management is only concerned about sales and collections. Some of the business leaders especially in the Transportation and Electronics group use foul language all the time. They will make sure that you lose all your self respect. There is no policy to help employees in bad times but there’s every policy to make you go out of the way to get the work done. If you don’t care about your family and personal life but only focus is to work in life for a company then 3M is the best place to work for.
