WhatsApp text culture (no reply to formal mails),whenever manager pings you in WhatsApp to call you have to call else shouting U have to force(multiple times text,call) to get what u need like medical policy number,kt Interview and project are highly irrelevant KT Will not be given and manager/H.r. doesn’t take responsibility but shout at you incase of small text from clients Company has 0 goals they just place u in random project and ask you to learn and cope Terrible management Since one of it’s founders(Sunil) died it became more worse Manager doesn’t take regular update but when client wants he doesn’t leave you though you are in sick leave

Fintench startup with fancy titles and competitive colleagues. Has very bad work environment. The senior managers in data science and engineering team do not understand any lines of python code. Had an opportunity to code apps and features from scratch. People are forced to work at unusual timings and on weekends. The learning curve was high. But, managers depend on others juniors to validate code. Colleagues shame each other for not working late hours and on festivals. They have horrible work ethics. The work pay is on the lower side compared to other product based companies in analytics field. The HR system is not automated. The HR and hiring teams have poor communication skills to write job descriptions. The HR keeps asking for every document in teams chat and WhatsApp. The company prefers communication over personal apps rather than internal company teams chat. They have highly unprofessional recruiting system and do not value employee personal space.

The company has great quality of work and the ceo supports you to learn in any available stream you want. The over-all experience has been extremely well . Highly recommend to join the company if you have a offer
