They don't provide hike and salary on committed date and They don't have much project that why they lead off people And HR s and Resources management is not good they don't have proper planning

Teammates were good and supportive. Salary on time only when you are working for the client otherwise no salary will credited on time. Work life balance is good but no learning kick for future for your personal skillsets.

Dislikes

Poor management. Salary not on time when you are on bench. Less job security as they have less number of clients. Carreer growth not so good. No professional growth. Client will treat you very bad as you will be off role for them. No medical coverage at 3i. Must think before you join.

So much partiality on time of appraisal & in normal days too aggressive seniors, no scope for growth, so much work stress at the time of work from home HR staff is not helpful. there are very slow and not supportive Don't stay for longer time

As company has great reputation in market and best company to start with. Work environment is awesome and lots of things available to learn constantly. And always there is new challenges in day today activity in prospect of work. Must to say great company to work with.
