There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.

HR response, bonus and apperisal salary delay on every month as per promise date from 1 year of experience only 2 time I received salary on time.

...hra is 800 another is 1100 next time they put hra 1100 and another one as 800. After 10 years also they give salary nonsense u dont get what market is upto.

This is such a shikaslad company who dont pay salary upto the mark. After 3 years also you will have same salary. And if u leave company before a month of notice period they give FnF only 2000 rupees there is no travelling allowance of past 4 months nor anything.

...mprove and if we are doing any mistake it will be escalated to higher level due to that it will effect the salary also

i am working in client location here we are working for 24/7 so we need to extend our shift if required and allowance we will not get for that

Work culture is too bad, biasnessed, corporate politics is on peak.. No value to employes Zero job security No work ethics Salary Delay Extreme issue with variable pay.. hardly get ever No curricular activities only work.
