...e. No promotion and very bad appraisal, it's late and we don't get arrears also. No bonus also.. we don't get anything on time, be it salary or reimbursement or increment or bonus.

I was doing work in 3i . where i was doing work in that process in that process my TL was not good.he doesn't know how to behave with employees.

Overall a balanced workplace, 3i infotech is one safe place to work at. Decent level of opportunities and work one gets to work on.

Our teammates are supportive but our company is not supporting to their employees. Not giving bonus every year and not doing any increment.

...rked and environment is so good and salary never deducted here and never late. Salary on time last day of month credit. Overall good company for freshers and girls also. Secure good and nice staff and hygiene food.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
