More over if the person is from poor family and doesn't have any financial support, then how the employees can be survive without any salary and financial support from the company. Working in M/s 3F Oilpalm aggrotech was a very good experience journey with excellent exposure, Most of the time, I experience the management trusting the team leaders and providing them with support to deliver the output. Moreover , the management actively listened to stakeholder views and supported them in achieving the deliverables.

Dislikes

At times, management makes decision about individuals based on gossip or someone else's view point, rather thoroughly exploring the reality .Otherwise, the company is good in over all.

In the factory inside peoples verbal communication is good, and encouragement also.

In the company peoples working is perfectly good, but the workings and management is very good. Actually company growth not perfectly in Other activities. Like supporting at manager level, maintenence level, reporting level.

What ever reviews you can see here are all fake and done forcefully by management. HR rules are very good . Unstable management decision. Overall my experience is bad with this organization. I never suggest this to any one.

Taking extra care to Employees during this Covid 19 Situation.
