Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company implement innovative ideas collect from the employees and implementation in the right direction.

Dislikes

When the person got injured from the road accident, company won't be pay any salary and compensate during that time. More over if the person is from poor family and doesn't have any financial support, then how the employees can be survive without any salary and financial support from the company. Working in M/s 3F Oilpalm aggrotech was a very good experience journey with excellent exposure, Most of the time, I experience the management trusting the team leaders and providing them with support to deliver the output. Moreover , the management actively listened to stakeholder views and supported them in achieving the deliverables.

In the factory inside peoples verbal communication is good, and encouragement also.

Dislikes

In the company peoples working is perfectly good, but the workings and management is very good. Actually company growth not perfectly in Other activities. Like supporting at manager level, maintenence level, reporting level.
