Company implement innovative ideas collect from the employees and implementation in the right direction.

Dislikes

When the person got injured from the road accident, company won't be pay any salary and compensate during that time. More over if the person is from poor family and doesn't have any financial support, then how the employees can be survive without any salary and financial support from the company. This is very bad...

Working in M/s 3F Oilpalm aggrotech was a very good experience journey with excellent exposure, Most of the time, I experience the management trusting the team leaders and providing them with support to deliver the output. Moreover , the management actively listened to stakeholder views and supported them in achieving the deliverables.

Dislikes

At times, management makes decision about individuals based on gossip or someone else's view point, rather thoroughly exploring the reality .Otherwise, the company is good in over all.

Dislikes

What ever reviews you can see here are all fake and done forcefully by management. HR rules are very good . Unstable management decision. Overall my experience is bad with this organization. I never suggest this to any one.

Overall Good Organisation, Good Work environment, and culture teammates are very good support and Management is very Good Motivational and Transparent, The Salary part is also very good, Company Policies are very good. Taking extra care to Employees during this Covid 19 Situation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
