Work life balance is great at 3cLogic and I have also got a decent package here when compared to big mnc's. Learning is limited but no pressure at job. It's work from home more often. Just 1p days in office per quarter.

Dislikes

Lacks Office Culture and is having a small office. Learning opportunities are limited should alos offere trainings and skill development.

Great life balance, nice work environment and very co-operative employees

Dislikes

I didn't get much oppotunity to grow my skills though they did provided me but it was not upto my expectations and again this thing can vary person to person, also this company doesn't provide parental insurance policy, for me this was also one of dislike for this company

Its a team-oriented environment. We all recognize that we win only if we do so as a group. Product works to :)

Dislikes

Its a rapidly growing company subject to the natural growing pains/challenges that come with it. Not a dislike so much as a reality.
