Dislikes

Salaries are not up to the market standard. Majority projects are Govt projects. If Govt delayed the salary invoice, then It will affect your monthly expenses. Sometimes they cannot pay for 2 months. The most dislike about 3B is, my contract has completed. The company blames the Govt and they didn't pay us for 8 months. Here the fancy is we worked for 8 months. Finally, we are the losers. I request all the people to accept the job offer only in private project or as a PVT company employee. Don't accept Govt projects in Kuwait.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
