Work life balance is good, no pressure in work, it's a remote job.

Salary and appraisal not satisfied. No job security. They will fire you whenever their project will be over. They don't have projects in their hand. Their experience will never count in other companies. Such a terrible company it is just because it is a start up based company.

very unethical company, the time of the agreement of giving the variable pay , they share the new revised agreement. felt helpless. they take advantage and exploit the people working. the ceo/ founder is very unethical companies like this should not be allowed to operate in india.

.... No clients yet even after 4 year. They celebrate before everything’s happens. No proper response for the salary delay, every time we ask about the salary they will reply as end of this month. When we ask by end of the month they will reply as end of next month. Same story again. This is happening since October-2022 till now. With this attitude and lack of sense how will this company will be successful.

Dr.Gokul Dharani is CEO of this organization. He is such a loveable and easily accessible person. All Leads play an excellent role. HR Team is also very helpful.

No job security, no proper policies Don't had proper leader Lack of Subject knowledge Lack of project knowledge No work ethics Changing the full time employment to contract for the particular duration and again changing the time period( I meant to say reduce) No proper office timing Meeting were there for more than 4hrs without any production In one word it is waste of your knowledge and time I can say
