Management politics, work expectations are beyond the salary benefits given, department understaffed as company failed to hire HOD as well as juniors for the department and hence alot of workload was on our shoulders, no work appreciation

Incentives are less N paid after 3 months. No job security, Internal policy is drama, No proper pay for the amount of job done, No mental peace in office, If any issue faced by employee there is not proper authority bro get is highlighted

Learning & skill development, supportive colleagues

Dislikes

Promotion &appraisal, Hr & reporting officer does not take responsibility of the task & or any person from their team . Not working as a bridge between employee & management.

Likes

Work timing and working days adjustnent, no extra sitting after working hours, no pressure of work unnecessary. Staff are good, sharing knowledge.

Dislikes

Policies, job security, trust, any time termination, you can not put your point of view, only one man is taking all the decision everytime. Being authorised person can not go ahead with your view and skill.

Worst company ever... No growth... No job security.. No facilities like maternity leave insurance... Can't recommend anyone to join there... So much politics... No value for employment
