If you are going to work with navneet, beware. Person with zero knowledge and terrible attitude. Doesn't respects time and wants his team members to work 24/7 and considers himself Aryabhatta. Though rohit sir is polite and someone who would listen to you. But a terrible manager like navneet will always take your credit and never let you grow. And in case of failures, first person to back out.

Upper management is not skilled at all they just want labours , no job securing they can fire you at there will , no process no sop you are just puppet to your manager if you want to save your career donot dare to join this company

Nothing to be like here, just stress, stress and stress No supportive manager, no diwali bonus/gifts, no work life balance , no company culture, just toxicity at peak, if you want depression, stress and demotivation just join this company and you will get these free!!

They should infact change their name to 360 LALA cloud technologies. Such a big company with literally not a single SOP. The company doesn't have a work culture and operates like a jungle raj setup. Literally, there is no sensible leadership member after the CEO. Guys, they have 3 month notice period and it is better for you to rather stay unemployed that working in such companies that ruin your mind.
