The only good thing about working there was the owners were not there and we could treat patients without any restrictions and rightfully. Yet they would get involved when it came to sending works to which labs based on the lab charges.

Dislikes

Salary payments were delayed according to their needs, and when raised issue, the response was never forthcoming. Also clinic was more towards making money then giving the best service to patients. Compromising on the quality of cap given to patients even after charging a good amount to patients. No salary appraisal until asked. The worst part was they expected us to work most extending our work time, but no excess incentives were provided other than what cases we did. Even incentives payment used to be given only after delayed review. Profits were only for them but if there was a loss with patient, they expected the loss to be shared with doctors which was no unbalanced view of employment. If any patients were rude, there was no unity towards employees. During Covid times, even if they had increased the charges of dental treatment, there was 60 percent reduction in basic salary in such conditions which I felt was so bad.

It is one of the best place till date I have worked. The best thing about the way my sir/owner (Dr. Vijay) trusted me and allowed me to improve work there with upgrading material and patient's treatment. The staff, colleagues and consultant all were like a big faint family.

Dislikes

My branch (Sarjapur) had nothing to be disliked about. I was really happy there.
