Good for freshers who want to upskill

Dislikes

Extremely poor management, untimely hikes, favouritism by managers, no CSR, no variable pay, CEO is not a people’s person, managers have rules on top of company rules which makes this company feel like a school. However the last point differs for different teams. Nobody has idea of what they are trying to build. Stakeholders and managers are mostly directionless and lack communication which makes the environment extremely lousy.

...don’t have other offers, it is best to avoid a company where only money matters. While the salary may be above market value, it feels like a trap. There’s favoritism in promotions and raises; only certain employees seem to benefit while others are left behind. Managers have little to no influence on decisions, as the CEO often provides nonsensical reasons for these choices. Ultimately, your mental well-being is far more important than the meaningless work you do here.

Being grateful to be a part of 314e first of all. Employees are friendly and management are easily approachable. Learning curve is good for the process for whatever using in 314e.

Dislikes

Favouritism, and salary were too low. Manager were bit cruelsome and they will give preference to the people whomever they like only. Benefits were off limit, even healthcare insurance is just only for namesakes.

Salary appraisal is a big issue. Hybrid culture is never promoted for freshers. Everyone has to come to the office with exception in some of the teams

As like any other company 314e too started laying off its employees in just one month after this lockdown. Frankly speaking business has not been that slow. The jist of the matter is we earn in $s for the company & get paid in Rs. I don't think this company became bankrupt to let its employees go in just a matter of one month of slow business.

Dislikes

Their unwillingness to bestow employees with what they deserve. You will never find a management miser than this. They are so focused on budget cuts that they will never give you a fair share of your commission. With one or the other excuses they will deduct your principal amount.
