Other teams are supportive and very friendly Fresher can learn so much here if they are open to take challenges and responsibilities You will be awarded on good work every month. ... since if it is not written. No seniors are there to guide you. Hiring is poor. Extensive work hours even on weekends without overtime compensation. No proper process planning is done before doing the project.

There are lot of good things to talk about but most important aspect is the the Friendly nature of each and every member whether a junior or the senior. You can approach anyone freely without any hesitation.

Dislikes

There are not much dislikes to talk about but i would like to highlight one thing is that sometimes i feel i dont get an equal chance to grow in my respectove creative field.

There are no doubts that it was an amazing journey so far for me at 3 Minds Digital, I am delighted to have completed my 1 year in the company. I have gained first hand experience through 3 Minds Digital and I have learned so much The culture here is incredible, There is a good balance between work and personal life

I haven't growth at all here, just doing adaptation work and nothing else. personally somewhere i feel that due to my adaptation work the creative skills have drastically decreased over the time.

According to my requirements, i needed a High Definition system for video rendering, but the company didn't provide one, but, they did offer rental laptops for employees.
