They are exploiting in the name of consultancy hiring people for less salary while hiring they would say after 1 year based on your performance you will be converted but that's a big lie pls don't join as off role employee in any concern.

The only thing is good is the team. Also the job security.

Dislikes

Joining salary is low. And there is no proper work culture here,after 3years of working,there is nothing new to learn also everything depends management. They don't even think to talk to the team. You cannot justify your work and designation. If you want to grow in corporate sector then this is not the idle place.

Delay in salary, poor management, unprofessional behaviour from HR and management, no growth and employees benefits, no leaves, no overtime or comp off, no appreciation. Totally waste of time and peace of mind.

They didn't give me the compensation what they have promised. Gave me my offer letter after a month. Work pressure is vry high

Good Work Environment. Good support of senior. Security of job very high. Pressure is not to much.

Salary is very low, Appraisal is not up to the mark. Learning and skills development scope is almost zero.
