They are exploiting in the name of consultancy hiring people for less salary while hiring they would say after 1 year based on your performance you will be converted but that's a big lie pls don't join as off role employee in any concern.

Nothing to like here at all.

...oho recruit is too hard for freshers to understand and that too within two days. -There is a desktime tracker installed in your laptop/PC which will constantly monitor what you are doing, if you are idle for two minutes they will think you are not working -If your work gets over before time, you cannot log out, they will cut half your salary -Will shift you to other departments suddenly and expect you to work there from first day itself -International recruitment is hardest, you basically have to sell it to people, at the end it's a sales kinda job -They will unnecessarily stretch your working hours till 8-8:30 without overtime pay when it is till 6:30, but if you are late by 15 minutes you'll lose one day's worth salary -Some team leader's and managers will make you work like anything Before joining this company, please go through the ambition box and Glassdoor reviews properly. I have done a big mistake not checking them out and now I am suffering. It is better to be unemployed rather than joining this hellish company.

No work life balance Managers use to insist on cutting CTC into half or else they will go for termination which is a mental harassment for employees, they make situations so worst that employee give up on there jobs also the manager use to borrow money from employees if they dont give them they use to harass them mentally.
