They will offer good salary at first without offer letter and take all your employment documents in the name of onboarding and later will not stand on their offered salary and will start bargaining to join in company with low package.

Without offer letter they will cheat you by saying that will pay good salary and will chase you for all important documents like previous company offer letters, Payslips, and reliving letters. Aadhaar pdfs and PAN card pdfs. Also asks for current company HR acceptance email with last working day in the name of onboarding process without sending offer letter. They will cheat you by saying that client will not give that much package. My concern is if the client is willing to give the promised salary then they are wasting our time and atleast 2 COMS HR can inform the candidate at first then will definitely will not share their valuable documents to this fake company.Please don't get into this trap.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary is very low, Appraisal is not up to the mark. Learning and skills development scope is almost zero.

They are exploiting in the name of consultancy hiring people for less salary while hiring they would say after 1 year based on your performance you will be converted but that's a big lie pls don't join as off role employee in any concern.
