As a BD, they will offer you peanuts. The salary they offer is 20k-22k per month. Don't expect more than that. You will need to work 12-13 hours daily, and they will tell you to work but will pressure you with their words, and if you bring it up, you may get laid off. The Hr does not know about her work and will try to be sweet to you, but the day you oppose and talk like them that day you will be released on the spot. They will cut your pay because of some silly reasons and will not give you salary that you deserve. PS- they have my 4.5k rupees with them, and I left this firm due to such idiotic practices. I will suggest searching for a better opportunity rather than coming to this organization.

I do not encourage working at 24webtech due to the poor behavior of their HR department, particularly Teena/Teenu. I advise against joining this company if she is still employed as HR, as she lacks competence and professionalism. Here are a few instances of her inappropriate conduct: Assigning unofficial tasks to employees Providing managers with inaccurate reports Dishonesty in her communication with employees and managers Speaking disrespectfully in private but presenting herself as polite in front of managers Disclosing private information of team members to managers Contradicting herself by sharing one story loudly and later presenting an entirely different version to managers Based on my observations, it is best to avoid this company to evade such unfavorable work conditions.
