Nothing much to like about, you are just an headcount in the organisation. Even to your reporting manager. Same mindset and work culture is passed on to upcoming leaders.

...ash them. * Always forced to do Overtime, it was never a choice of an employee. * 3 years no hike and 4th year no hike even after getting an promotion. * Company has "Crying baby gets the milk" work culture. ( wanna grow? No need to perform, just crib and nag ) * it's been 2 years I left the company and still not received statment for final settlement, nor gratuity. I can go on talking about this company. But they never gonna work on this feedback. So it's pointless.

Good organization for freshers who want to gain experience and knowledge.

... management team . Poor management, and Partiality with North Indian employees. No flexibility in job and less salary structure.

I’m extremely great full to my organisation as they thrived to keep the business running and helped us keep our jobs especially in a crisis like this unlike other companies. I’m proud and happy to be a member of 247 Inc.

It's a great company to start up as a fresher. However it's advisable only for undergraduate with good english communication. The incentive and the allowance is one the best offered for q fresher and the most important part is you learn the work culture and the skills required for your next job. Highly recommended only for anyone looking for their carrier in customer support
