There is no value for Tenure employees in the company and you hardly get the promotions and salary hikes, no market correction at all but at the same time high salaries are paid to new hires

A job should provide you with good salary Or you should have satisfaction working there but this company doesn't have both 😅 I would suggest not to join coz you don't have anything to learn new over there. All you need is to interact with customers with those canned statements.

Managers never respond when we need them There is no work security

Everything, first of all there is no security for the job, less salary and more work There was bond for 1year and the process came to end and they removed us I thought to build an career in 24/7.ai, but I have wasted 15months here in this company

It is a good company to start with if you are looking for non IT job. They will train you pretty well and good environment

Only night shift and very very low salary, here and there company politics though

In my point of view, salary is the biggest concern here and it's not good to maintain the same basic salaries even though we're tenured more than 5 or 10 years or above.
