I worked as the a travel advisor with Expedia for [24]7.ai. The overall experience was good! It depends on which process you work for. The training environment is nice and makes you feel good, also a lot of skill development.

Dislikes

The company has a very poor management. Right from the transport service to salary everything had faults. There are salary discrepancies, the transport sevice picks you up 2 hrs prior to the shift. They can change processes at their own whims and fancies which affects the salary of the employee. There is zero work-life balance. The floor life is hectic more than hectic it is bad. Poor management there as every employee needs to wait for breaks and there are no fixed breaks. This even though had been addresses to the HR Nothing had been looked into.

No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

Dislikes

Company just suddenly asks my whole team to sit on a bench and then they informed that they are shutting down the whole operation in Ahmedabad. They didn't even gave us the salary of that month and also didn't encashed the remaining leaves. Apart from that they stole money from our OT amount and when we tried asking questions about these, they stopped responding to our calls/SMS and Emails.

They do not pay for what is deserved instead they would suck ur blood for a minimum wage, horrible timings and a worst timetable , u can only survive if u have client insensitives that way u earn a lot if not ur not where u should be if ur a fresher try , it's not at all worth for an experienced person to join this and I don't know how people survive here for years , I had 26 mates in my batch the next 6 months I was the only one from that batch who was good at sales so could earn

Dislikes

Worst cab service and surprisingly deduction of salary and when you enquire about it you are going to get only explanation. And the salary they offer is very less for the amount of work stress they give you.
